KHAIRPUR: A landlord along with nikah registrar was arrested over child marriage issue near Faiz Gunj on Saturday. According to details, the arrested were officiating a marriage ceremony of a 12-year old girl, Irshad Khatoo Rajper, with 7-year old boy, Bilawal Rajper, on the directions of landlord Mojan Rajper at village Dub Wari of taluka Faiz Gunj. The Faiz Gunj police raided the house and arrested Movli Ghulam Hyder and Mojan Rajper and lodged a case against them. The father of the girl complained that the landlord was forcibly conducting this marriage.
